My photography comes from a deep emotional attunement to people and their feelings. I'm the biggest empath who cries, laughs, and is in tune with his own emotions and is able to connect with yours to preserve those potent moments you want to see.
I believe emotional intelligence is the greatest edge of a wedding photographer. I consider this my greatest ability and tool during the day. If a photographer isn't aligned with their own feelings, how can they document yours?
45+ weddings in, to me, the best photographs are the ones that move you from the inside. The ones where you recognize yourselves and who you are together.

Shake it off!
From speeches, to your first dance, to Grandma Susan breaking down on the dance floor only 6 weeks post knee replacement surgery - it's a party! Rest assured the best of the night gets documented here and you'll find yourself laughing to tears later when you see what gets captured. For now - live it up and let loose. You did it - and I'm with you until DJ shuts it down.
FIRST LOOK + PORTRAITS
Breathe in. Breathe out. Let's do this thing.
I arrive for the last hour of you getting ready.
While you're adding the finishing touches to your hair + makeup, I carefully document the energy + details of the atmosphere - your emotions, your dress, shoes, rings, and those private last moments with those in the room with you.
Cocktail Hour + CEREMONY
Just the two of you, sharing something surreal, before it all happens.
If you opt for a first look - this is an allotted time for some stunning + meaningful moments in private. Once first looks are complete - we move forward with our gorgeous couple's portraits session and then onto family + wedding party photos. A curated shot list is prepared and handy to keep things organized, punctual, and fun so no one gets left out.
RECEPTION
Lean in. You're in good hands.
The most important angles and moments get covered as they unfold in real time without interrupting the delicate air of everything happening. From your tears to Uncle Bob's - it all gets documented.
